We haven’t travelled far from home since 2018, but this year we did our almost yearly trip to Germany. This was a different trip for us – mostly about relaxing and less about exploring. We managed to fit in some unique day trips and one of them was to spend a few hours at MotorWorld in Stuttgart Germany. If you are a car-nut like us, you’ll love this…We’ve included loads of pictures of Exotic and Classic Cars for you to enjoy.

The idea of MotorWorld started in 2009. They emphasize that it’s a “Space For Mobile Passion” and it’s very accurate from the moment you walk through the doors!
There are numerous MotorWorld locations in Europe, with many more planned in the future. We spent some time at the Region Stuttgart location, just over an hour south of Heidelberg where we were staying.
What Is It?
The multi-award-winning MotorWorld Region Stuttgart, has successfully established itself as the largest private and brand-independent classic car and sports car center worldwide. With over 40 of the world’s most valuable and exclusive vehicle brands, MotorWorld brings together the brand who’s – who of the entire mobility industry. There are numerous dealerships within the area as well as a showcase area of individuals’ cars and bikes for sale or display – it’s really quite unique!
Located inside listed halls of the former state airport of Württemberg, the showrooms are perfectly fitting alongside new buildings and an extensive outdoor area create 50,000 m² of space. Visitors can get up close to a daily changing collection of several hundred special vehicles and bikes.
Private vintage and sports car owners can present their “treasures” in glass boxes and have round-the-clock access. Vehicles are stored, sold, restored, serviced and rented out by professional vendors. If you see something you want to buy (and it’s for sale), the details are right there on the glass wall.
There are numerous restaurants, stores, retailers, service providers, gallery owners and agencies offer professional services around classic cars, fashion and accessories. There’s flight or racing simulators offer everything to feed that need for speed and you can even experience sitting at the wheel of a Boeing 737! MotorWorld also offers conference rooms and party locations, photo shoot locations and plenty of space for motorsport events.
If you want an additional unique experience, there’s two on-site hotels – V8 HOTEL and V8 HOTEL Classic. No two rooms are alike, everything is individually designed and furnished with unique items. Illustrations on the walls and a wide variety of furniture with beds made from real vehicle parts come together to create a total work of art.
This place is great and we barely scratched the surface. We’ll be sure to return in the future and spend more time wandering around. Getting to it is very easy, just off the highway.
OK, enough with the blabbing – check out some of the pictures….
