Belgium… what do you know about this country that sits right beside France and Germany? We knew very little, but we were going there for a race at the world-famous Spa-Francorchamps racetrack. Since we’d never been to Belgium before, we thought we’d spend some time after the race doing a quick tour of the area. With only about 2 ½ days before we were scheduled to be in Germany, we took in as much as we could in that short period of time… and nobody does speed-touring like us!

CALGARY, Dec. 13, 2019 /CNW/ – Today, Swoop, Canada’s ultra-low-fare airline and subsidiary of WestJet Airlines Ltd., released its 2020 summer schedule, announcing increased service and three new destinations. Starting in April 2020, Swoop’s newest routes will take travellers to two new domestic destinations including Victoria, Kamloops, and one U.S. destination, San Diego.

CALGARY, Aug. 22, 2019 /CNW/ – WestJet today announced it will be adding Roatán, Honduras to its Caribbean destinations with its new non-stop seasonal service from Toronto starting December 15.
Canadian carrier Air Transat has finally returned to St Maarten after a 15-month hiatus in the wake of Hurricane Irma. The airline officially resumed service to the destination this week and is now operating weekly scheduled flights to St Maarten from both Montreal and Toronto, with service every Saturday.

Air Canada is adding a host of new flights to the island of Saint Lucia, Caribbean Journal has learned. The carrier will be adding a new nonstop flight on Air Canada Rouge beginning Oct. 31, increasing its weekly frequency to four flights each week to Saint Lucia, with service on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
