This article is related to three of our other posts about the area. Instead of adding this information to those articles, we thought we’d just make this a stand-alone guide to all the things to do and see in the Caledon area. Some we have experienced and others we just placed here because we found them while researching the area.
This is part two of our overnight trip to The Liberty Inn Nordic Spa – there was way too much to include in the original article so we split it into two (actually 3) articles. In this one we’re focusing on our driving trip there and back – trust us, there’s plenty to do in the Caledon area.
It’s been a busy 2025 for us because we’ve been downsizing – again to simplify our lives and hopefully give us the chance to travel a bit more. Perfect timing – an overnight getaway of relaxation in a beautiful setting sounded like the perfect tonic to recharge before winter sets in!

We’ve spend several days in the area and can assure you – it’s well worth taking more time to stay in the region because there is lots to see and do – even if the Belgian tourism people don’t want you to know about it, but we’ll help you out!
