Airline also launches electronic boarding passes for U.S. flights CALGARY, May 26, 2016 /CNW/ – WestJet today announced that eligible guests departing from U.S. airports will now be able to receive the TSA PreCheck designation using web, mobile and kiosk check-in. Until now, only eligible guests who received their boarding passes at WestJet counters could take advantage of the program, which offers a less-intrusive search when departing from U.S. airports.

Expedia.ca Predicting Canadians Will Travel Closer To Home In 2016

TORONTO, Feb. 23, 2016 /CNW/ – According to a recent survey commissioned by Canada’s leading full-service online travel provider Expedia.ca, Canadians have their sights set on destinations closer to home when it comes to travel in 2016. Despite the slide in the value of the Canadian dollar, results of the survey show that 64 per cent of consumers surveyed are planning to travel and another 83 per cent wish they could be travelling.
