In fact, some research suggests nearly half of American workers regularly do not use all of their vacation days. That means a whopping 169 million vacation days go unused each year.

So considering the following and do lots of research before deciding to put pups on a plane. PAPERWORK You’ll need to get your pet certified. That’s right, you’ll need to obtain a certificate of current health from your veterinarian within 10 days of your trip. It’s required by airlines if you want to travel with a pet. Florida-based Silver Airways and Air Canada have announced the signing of an interline agreement, meaning travelers can purchase a single ticket to fly from Canada to a host of hard-to-reach islands in the Bahamas.
